InviCible Primer+™ is built on just three verified ingredients: 17% Stabilized Vitamin C, the patented ProBiosyn-4™ complex, and Medical-Grade Dimethicone. There is no long, padded ingredient list. Each component is there for a specific, research-backed reason, and they were chosen to work together rather than to look impressive on a label.

A Short List, On Purpose

Plenty of products lead with the sheer number of ingredients they contain, as if more actives automatically means better results. InviCible Primer+™, developed by Dr. Minas Chrysopoulo, Board-Certified Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon, takes the opposite approach. It was formulated to the same standards used in a surgical setting, and that discipline shows in what was left out as much as what was kept in. Three ingredients, each doing a defined job, with nothing added just to lengthen the list.

17% Stabilized Vitamin C

Vitamin C, or L-ascorbic acid, is the most researched brightening antioxidant in skincare. It works in three ways that matter for your skin: it neutralizes free radicals generated by sun and pollution, it serves as a cofactor your body needs to build collagen, and it interferes with tyrosinase, the enzyme that drives melanin production, which helps fade the visible appearance of dark spots and uneven tone.

The problem with most Vitamin C is stability. Pure L-ascorbic acid oxidizes quickly when exposed to light and air, and once it degrades it loses much of its value. That is why the form here is stabilized, and why the concentration is 17%, sitting inside the 10 to 20% range that dermatology research considers effective. High enough to matter, formulated to stay active.

ProBiosyn-4™: The Supporting Complex

ProBiosyn-4™ is a patented complex of four ingredients chosen to soothe skin and support its moisture barrier while the Vitamin C does its work.

  • Aloe Vera is a long-trusted botanical that calms and hydrates, helping skin feel comfortable.
  • Linoleic Acid is the most abundant fatty acid in the outer skin and a building block of ceramides, the lipids that hold the moisture barrier together. Topical linoleic acid helps reinforce that barrier so skin looks smoother and stays better hydrated.
  • Oleic Acid is a companion fatty acid that helps the complex spread and absorb evenly.
  • Licorice Extract contains glabridin, a natural tyrosinase inhibitor. Dermatology reviews describe licorice being used alongside Vitamin C specifically because both calm the pathway behind excess pigment, which is why the pairing here reduces the look of uneven tone from two angles rather than one.

Medical-Grade Dimethicone

Dimethicone is a cosmetic silicone that forms a thin, flexible film on the skin. It does two useful things at once: it helps skin hold onto moisture, and it creates the smooth, even, makeup-ready surface that lets Primer+™ double as a primer. It is non-comedogenic, meaning it is not known to clog pores. The medical grade used here gives that smooth finish without a heavy or greasy afterfeel.

How the Three Work Together

The formula is designed as a system, not a pile of actives. Vitamin C provides the brightening and antioxidant work but can feel sharp on its own, so the soothing side of ProBiosyn-4™ keeps it comfortable for daily use, and its licorice reinforces the same work on the appearance of dark spots. The linoleic acid supports the barrier so skin tolerates the routine well, and the Medical-Grade Dimethicone ties it together into a smooth base you can wear under makeup. The result is one step that does skincare and primes at the same time.

The three at a glance

  • 17% Stabilized Vitamin C: brightens, defends against free radicals, evens tone.
  • ProBiosyn-4™: soothes, supports the moisture barrier, reinforces even tone.
  • Medical-Grade Dimethicone: smooths, holds moisture, primes for makeup.

How to Use It

Getting the most from these ingredients comes down to a simple, consistent morning routine.

  1. Start with clean, dry skin. Cleanse and pat dry each morning so the actives apply evenly.
  2. Apply a pea-sized amount of Primer+™. Dot it across your cheeks, forehead, and chin, then smooth it into a thin, even layer.
  3. Let it settle. Give it about 60 seconds to absorb before your next step.
  4. Layer sunscreen on top. Finish every morning with a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher, which works alongside the Vitamin C.
  5. Add makeup if you like, and stay consistent. Because it doubles as a primer, makeup goes on smoothly. Give the ingredients 8 to 12 weeks of daily use to show their full effect.
"I would rather formulate with three ingredients I can stand behind than twenty I cannot. Every component in Primer+™ has a reason to be there." Dr. Minas Chrysopoulo, Board-Certified Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the main ingredients in InviCible Primer+™?

InviCible Primer+™ is built on three verified ingredients: 17% Stabilized Vitamin C, the patented ProBiosyn-4™ complex of Aloe Vera, Linoleic Acid, Oleic Acid, and Licorice Extract, and Medical-Grade Dimethicone.

What is ProBiosyn-4™?

ProBiosyn-4™ is a patented complex of Aloe Vera, Linoleic Acid, Oleic Acid, and Licorice Extract. It soothes skin, supports the moisture barrier, and its licorice helps reduce the appearance of uneven tone alongside the Vitamin C.

Why does the Vitamin C need to be stabilized?

Pure L-ascorbic acid oxidizes quickly when exposed to light and air, losing much of its value as it degrades. A stabilized form at 17%, inside the research-backed 10 to 20% range, keeps the Vitamin C active longer in the container and on your skin.

Is dimethicone safe and does it clog pores?

Dimethicone is a widely used cosmetic silicone that forms a light, flexible film. It is non-comedogenic, meaning it is not known to clog pores, and it helps skin hold moisture while creating a smooth, makeup-ready finish.

Why does InviCible use so few ingredients?

Each ingredient in Primer+™ is included for a specific, research-backed reason and chosen to work with the others. The short list reflects a medical-grade approach where nothing is added simply to lengthen the label.
